We carefully secure and pack our items to protect them during transit. Long stems are occasionally bent gently to fit safely into shipping boxes. Don't worry—the inner wiring is designed to be bent! Once you open your package, simply straighten the stems out and give the leaves a gentle fluff to restore their full, natural shape.
